oItem 1: civil liability for business managers.
This policy covers the civil liability of:
ο§Any past, present or future manager of the Company;
ο§Any legal manager: any natural person, manager or corporate officer of the Company, any natural person regularly invested in accordance with the law and/or the statutes, in particular the members of the Board of Directors, the members of the Management Committee management, members of the special committeescialized (Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee), managers, administrators legal entities with their permanent representatives, management companies, amicable liquidators, government commissioners;
β’Any de facto manager: any natural person and/or or moral (societymanagement) whose liability is sought before a court as de facto manager of the Company;
β’Members of the Boards of Directors of the subsidiaries designated by Liege Airport;
