This market is a public service for the City and the CPAS of Seraing as well as the local police area of Seraing-Neupre (ZP 5278).
The market is a public insurance services market.
It aims to conclude insurance contracts in the insurance field of people(Excluding health care), material damage, civil liability, cars, sites and cyber risks.
The market is divided into 6 lots:
lot 1: insurance of the city of Seraing

Lot 2: Insurance of the CPAS of Seraing

Lot 3: Insurance of the local police zone of Seraing4: Fire insurance-Val Saint-Lambert site
Lot 5: insurance insurance
 lot 6: Cyber risks insurance
The market is reserved for insurance companies.
The date of entry into force of the various contracts is 01/01/2026.
The policies are concluded for a first period of one year andwill then be tacitly renewed in a non -compulsory manner for successive periods of one year without the total duration being able to exceed the duration of the market (4 years).
