ASTRID wishes to renew its 'radio' framework agreement for the supply of terminal equipment, accessories and associated services, to be used on the ASTRID TETRA network and/or the ASTRID POCSAG network. The framework agreement will be concluded with several entrepreneurs,with new call for competition via mini-competition. After an initial award procedure, 3 tenderers will be selected for each of the lots to participate in the framework contract and will then be put back into competition for the award of the corresponding contracts.following assignments via the principle of the mini-competition. The assignment is divided into lots and items as follows: Lot 1 "Pagers" Offer the user the opportunity to send pages back to the ASTRID paging system and/or receive pages. Post 1 "2-way paging" The user has the optionoffer the option to send a call confirmation in encrypted or non-encrypted form back to the ASTRID paging system via BLM (Blue Light Mobile) SIM card and/or messages via GSM transmission (2, 3, 4 or 5G) instead of via the POCSAG technology. This also results in redundance in carrier (POCSAG/4G). Post 2 "Pager" Offer users the option to send the pages encrypted and unencrypted.
