Description:
The works include the boiler room renovation of the VBS De Twijg school in Wijgmaal. Currently 2 condensing boilers heat the building. These will be demolished and replaced by a combination of a 160 kW condensing gas boiler and an air/water heat pump. of 60kW (or heat pumps linked in cascade) that is placed on the roof above the boiler room. The school's gymnasium will be equipped with a new ventilation unit of 5300m³/h, placed on the roof next to the gymnasium and next to the new heat pump.
