This market is a work market which includes the execution of the following work: - Demolition of the building located on the rue de l'Esplanade side + demolition of the annexes located between the main building located on the rue de l'Esplanade and the main building located on the Grand -Rue side + heavy renovation (phase 1) of the building located on the Grand-Rue side-site installation on the land cleared + access by rue de l'Esplanade + renovation of the Grand-Rue building + construction of the annexes located at the Grand-Rue level-Construction of a new esplanade building with limited occupation of space Public on the rue de l'Esplanade (+ return of the site installation in the level of the Esplanade level parking lot as soon as the slab on the ground floor is built)-end of the heavy renovation (phase 2) of the Grand-Rue building with limited occupation of the Grand-Rue public space. The work described above are not exhaustive. The details of the work is resumed in the technical clauses and the summary sistapper annexed to the special specifications. The work is subsidized as part of urban renovation. In this context, it is imperative that the final statement is approved before 31 aout 2028.
