Description:
The Lacs de l'Eau d'Heure bike park is equipped with a 166 m slope conveyor belt with an average slope of 20% installed in 2014. Problems were noted, namely: - High noise level; - Slowdown of the tape impacting the flow of the carpet; - Abnormal engine vibrations; - Wear of the carpet and repairs by staples resulting in loss of elasticity of the strip and shortening creating tension in the device; - Deterioration of protections under the carpet; - Disabling some security bodies; The objective of this contract is therefore to put this conveyor belt back into service in compliance with the standards in force, namely in a non-exhaustive manner: - Machinery Directive 2006-42 CE; - RGIE; - Type C standard “Safety of treadmills for winter sports or leisure activities"; Category (CPV code): Repair and maintenance services (50000000)
