Description:
The General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union wishes to conclude a framework contract for:
• The delivery of regular floral decorations (weekly and monthly) for places of reception and representation and for protocol or work meals in the buildings of the SecretariatGeneral of the Council of the European Union (Europa and Justus Lipsius);
• The delivery of punctual floral decorations, linked to a high -level diplomatic event, during European councils or other similar events which take place in the buildings of the General Secretariat of the Council ofthe European Union (Europa and Justus Lipsius). The number of such events is estimated on average at between 8 and 14 per year;
• Possible service:
OPPLOYER in rooms and recovery after use, at the request of the SGC;
orafraichisation and/or possible watering;
• The delivery ofcommands of bouquets or buttonholes during events such as dinners of ambassadors or other receptions, in advice buildings or outside, in accordance with the specifications of the purchase orders;
• Delivery of wreaths/mortuary wreaths.
