OBJECT OF THIS WORK Redevelopment of the village center of Opoeteren Phase 1 (Stroomdal Bosbeek) EXPLANATION This concerns a softening project in which about 5 different zones are being redeveloped. This concerns phase 1 of a larger project, with phase 2 involving the roads of Dorpermolenstraat and Fortstraat (up to Sint-Dionysiuskerkstraat) will be redeveloped. In phase 1, limited sewerage works are carried out in preparation for the (larger) part in phase 2. COMMENCEMENT AND EXECUTION PERIOD The execution of the assignment commences on the day determined in the commencement order. The execution period is a maximum of 90 calendar days (incl. 6 statutory leave days). The contractor is bound to the implementation period stated in the action plan. The indicative start of the works is April 1, 2026 and must be completed before June 30, 2026. The tenderer is asked to indicate the number of calendar days that he believes is necessary for the execution of the work, as an appendix to his quotation (action plan award criteria).
