• Project description: Redevelopment of Grasheide Center (Green Team concept) 1. Objective of the assignment The municipality is looking for a design agency for the integral revaluation of the Grasheide village center according to the 'Green Team' methodology. The goal is the transformation of the church environment into a sustainable, climate-proof and social meeting place. The focus is on softening, biodiversity, integrated water management and social quality of life. 2. Scope of services The assignment includes: . Design study: Creation of a high-quality design for the entire church environment (square, rectory garden and new parking). . Participation process: Guidance of a representative process with internal services and external stakeholders (residents, associations, etc.), including design studios. . Technical follow-up: Complete file preparation and site follow-up of the implementation. 3. Most important spatial and technical preconditions. New parking (Phase 1): Realization of a parking lot on plot 639 (in accordance with RUP Parking Grass heath) with a focus on water infiltration. This must be operational before the start of the works on the church square. . Multifunctional Church Square (Phase 2): Design for a flexible, green and accessible square (events, shade zones, accessibility cemetery).
