- The project concerns the redevelopment of the Place Communale de Chastre, covering a total area of 3,184 m², including 2,670 m² devoted to the meeting space and 514 m² relating to additional drainage work. The intervention encompasses the place municipal, as well as the start of Ruelle Fanfan, Avenue du Castillon and Rue des Tombes Romaines. The file includes both surface work and drainage work, divided into two divisions: • Division 1: Development • Division 2 : SPGE The entire drainage network will be completely rebuilt, with the creation of new inspection chambers (CV). The network will be managed in a partially separate manner. Particular attention is paid to rainwater management, thanks to an integrated approach including: • the orientation of water towards draining and/or temporizing vegetated swales, • the supply of plantations by Stockholm pits, • as well as the creation of an underground retention basin with outlet to regulated flow. The development will be enhanced by the planting of trees, flower beds, hedges and the revegetation of valleys, thus strengthening the landscape and ecological quality of the site. Furthermore, the project will require the demolition of two annexes located in front facade of the spa building, as well as the adaptation of the heating system, with a switch from oil to town gas.
