Description:
The Hush consists of 3 wings (A, B, C) arranged in tripod and connected together by a building building (wing D). The project concerns the construction of an extension called wing K.The new building will include 162 rooms. Shape area, all levels combined is +/- 29,500 m². It develops on 7 levels: 3 levels form the base ( Infrastructure), an intermediate technical floor, and 3 levels including the rooms (superstructure). A logistical esplanade (in the basement) and an entry esplanade are between the new K building and the Hospitalexist. 'Set of work lots is estimated at +/- 55,000 € HTVA, excluding fees, excluding meditalia equipment. Lot 1 (Gros-Eouvre closed) was allocated to S.M. Galère/Cit-Blaton, the site is in progress of execution.
