Description:
The CHUT consists of 3 wings (A, B, C) arranged as a tripod and linked together by a connecting building (wing D). The project concerns the construction of an extension called Wing K. The new building will include 162 rooms. Its gross area, all levels combined, amounts to +/- 29,500 m2.It develops on 7 levels: 3 levels form the base (infrastructure), an intermediate technical floor, and 3 upper levels including the bedrooms (superstructure). A logistics esplanade (in the basement) and an entrance esplanade are included between the new building K and the hospitalexistant.The overall budget for all the work packages is estimated at +/- €55,000,000 excluding VAT, excluding fees, excluding medical equipment. , the site is in progress.
