- This contract will be concluded by framework agreement. As part of the production and maintenance of its exhibitions as well as the reception of its audiences, SPARKOH! is led to design diversified graphic devices which require manufacturing professional tailor-made and using innovative printing techniques. In order to ensure the manufacturing of these devices, SPARKOH! seeks to enlist the services of service providers specialized in graphic manufacturing, both to implement implement new graphic projects, as well as to ensure the graphic maintenance of existing devices. A maximum of two service providers will be retained and the framework agreement will be implemented using the so-called “cascade” technique: For each need, SPARKOH! will contact the holder ranked in first position and if the latter cannot respond within the required deadlines, SPARKOH! will then address the holder whose offer was ranked second. SPARKOH! has chosen for this to enter into a contract which sets the terms of a exclusive collaboration with two graphic manufacturing companies for the provision of the services referred to in the price breakdown form in the appendix to this Special Specification.
