• Description:
• The Wallonia Transport Operator (OTW) has been an active public transport company in Wallonia since 1991. It has been transporting nearly 150 million travelers to its regular lines annually. To finance part of the costs of this transport, the OTW receives recipes in different ways: Recipes for transport securities (prepayment), B2B and B2C billing (post-payment), recovery of traffic interruptions on the basis of the Assralia agreement as well as the collection of administrative fines (in the event of non-payment or incivility on the bus). Some of theseclaims unfortunately remain unpaid and must be the subject of a recovery procedure. Until now, these procedures have been managed locally by the various business units (five). In June 2024, the OTW management committee decided to harmonize therecovery procedures and launch a public market in order to recover these debts throughout Wallonia.
