Purpose of the works The intended works are part of the restoration of the following habitats: • Anders_ae - Eutrofe Plas (AE, Aer of AEV) with (moderate) species -rich water plants vegetation of the implementation The works take place in the province of West Flanders in the municipality of Damme. The location of thePlots on which works are planned are displayed on the cards in the attachment. The area was designated by the European Union as a bird directive area and is part of the Natura 2000 network. Nature of the assignment the worksCover various work zones and include: • Cleaning and removing sludge from an old city wall • Removing storage for the various work zones, the working method is described in Chapter 3.2. To get a clear visual picture, reference is made to the attached work plans. Determinativecondition definitive award and effective execution of the works can only be done if the following conditions are met: • Amount of the tender may not exceed the amount of the subsidy • Acceptance of any necessary project change by ANB the extent to whichWe will have the furnishing works carried out effectively will depend on what we can perform with the available budget.
