The contract mainly includes: - breaking up paving on the site and existing roads - dry earth moving. - placing concrete coping stones and concrete drains - placing and connecting house connections. - installing main sewerage (possibly) - installing crushed stone foundations and poor concrete foundations - installing road surfaces made of concrete paving stones, asphalt and concrete - carrying out landscaping expected start date 16 March 2026 Implementation in 3 phases - each phase 25 working days: Phase 1: construction of the Hendrik Consciencestraat footpath zone and repair of concrete sections on the connecting lane. Phase 2: construction of Hugo Verrieststraat (based on drying time of concrete in Hendrik Consciencestraat) Phase 3: construction of green driveways in Hendrik Consciencestraat (inner circle) and repair concrete sections on connecting lane.
