- The contract mainly includes: - Excavation of roads, sewerage and appurtenances. - Installation of a new sewerage system and renewal of house connections. - Construction of 1 RWA pumping station and 1 DWA pumping station. - General dry earthmoving. - Construction of foundations in crushed stone, poor concrete or sand cement. - Construction of linear elements, including the foundation. - Construction of paving in concrete paving stones, concrete paving, asphalt and grass concrete tiles. - Installing street drains and connecting to sewerage. - Installation of new traffic signaling (markings and traffic signs). - Green construction and green maintenance. The works are monitored by a tree expert appointed by the City of Bruges. The measures (installing sensors and irrigation) described in the BEA will be implemented and followed by this tree expert. The contractor must follow the guidelines of this tree expert to be observed during implementation.
