Softening project Paul De Smet De Naeyerpark
The Independence and the Paul De Smet de Naeyerplein cut through the park and are connected by the Congreslaan, between which a lawn with rows of trees (Styphnolobium japonicum - honeyboom) is situated. On either side of this lawn we broaden the streets today so that two large squares are created in Asphalt. The softening therefore includes the partial removal of the existing zones in asphalt and to form green, in order to visually connect the western and eastern part of the Paul de Smet de Naeyerpark. The Independence and Paul De Smet de Naeyerplein is actively cut for motorized traffic (excluding the fire brigade). The grass field surrounded by trees remains integral. It includes: - preparatory work and earthworks - hardening work-sewage processing - all kinds of furnishing work-greenery-green maintenance during the guarantee period (3 years) Type Procedure: Open Procedure
