Description:
The contract is divided into 2 lots:
Lot 1 "Structural work and special techniques"
The works consist of:
-The demolition of the ceilings of the 1st floor in order to allow the creation of a floor and the installation of ventilation groups in the attic.
-Asbestos removal, removal of masonry andof creation of berries.
-The construction of masonry and the realization of underpinning work in order to allow the creation of vertical paths materialized by the drilling of floors and the creation of 4 new stairwells serving, according to their location, the basements , ground,1st floor and attic.
-The construction of a new elevator shaft in the east wing.
-The gas supply to the boiler rooms;
-The compliance of the room to receive the RESA expansion and metering cabin
-Ventilation of the West, South and East wing;
-The equipment of floor boxes,lighting fixtures, security lights, electrical boxes and computer racks.
Lot 2 "Elevators"
The works consist of:
-The installation of a new elevator in the new hopper of the east wing;
-The replacement three elevators in an existing shaft in the PE - PS e wingst PW.
