Description:
The ambition is to develop the Diepenbeek Campus into a sustainable campus that offers space for education, research and industry in the healthcare and construction sectors. The contract includes a contract of works with a fixed part (realization of Poortgebouw and temporary exterior construction) and a conditionalcalibration section (realisation of the parking building and connecting pedestrian bridge). We work in BIM (Building Information Modeling). The contractor, together with the client and a multifunctional design team, designated i.s.w. the Flemish master builder via an open call (004202), joining aconstruction team formula to achieve optimal realization of the works that are the subject of the contract.
