- The Assignment concerns the development of a circular, dynamic, modular building complex with associated environmental layout, which will serve as a knowledge and meeting place for the various actors in the construction sector. The future-oriented building will be an example of and an inspiration for ininnovation, extensive sustainability and flexibility in the construction sector. It will provide space for new developments, research and incentives from and for the sector.
For a detailed substantive description of the project, reference is made in full to the project definition in the appendix10.1 of this Selection Guide has been added.
The Contract includes works and supplies/services and is therefore a mixed contract within the meaning of Article 20 of the Public Procurement Act of 17 June 2016. However, the main object is a public works contract as provided for in Article 2, 18and Article 20 of the Public Procurement Act dd. June 17, 2016.
