Description:
The subject of this public work market relates to the designation of a construction company for design and construction (design & build) of awnings for buildings ex.14 and between ex.22/24 making it possible to cover the MHS (Material Hanglind System) as well as freight. The market is subdivided into: • A firm tranche for the design and construction of the awning ex.14 and adjoining surroundings. A law is already signed by the customer (Swissport-Bas) concerning the rental of this new awning. • A conditional tranche for the design and construction of the awning between the ex.22/24, excluding the outskirts which are the subject of a separate consultation file. The latter will be lifted, once a law (trade agreement) has been signed by WFS & Aviapartner. The engagement of Liege Airport Business Park is limited to the only firm phase.
