Realization of audits of the Hargimont villages and we know their resilience in the face of the risk of floods. These two villages were strongly affected by the floods of 2021 and nearly 500 dwellings were affected to various degrees. Objective: the resilience audit in the face of the floods of a building aims to present to the sponsor, in a simple and nevertheless explicit manner, a state of the capacity of the building audited to deal with the risk of floods, improvements and developments that can be given to it. The different types of targeted floods are notably those, by overflow, discharge or runoff. The audit must make it possible to develop a global action plan prioritizing the actions to be taken and aimed at improving the resilience of the building by evaluating the relevance of an investment to be made and intended: 1 ° to protect the home and more particularly the areas of life; 2 ° To organize the living spaces according to the risks incurred when the means of protection are no longer sufficient.
