Tenders are invited for Real Time Simulation Technical Preparation Expert The simulation platform will be used to validate new airspace organisations, procedures, processes and operational concepts. The scope of this CALL FOR TENDERS concerns the technical management of the platform, ensured by the Contractor: this includes the database, simulator component, exercise runs, configurations, and human machine interface. The tasks of the Contractor are amongst others:  Acquire relevant technical knowledge of the operational environment and system of the targeted airspace or ANSP, and the associated real-time simulation platform used for the project  Capture of the technical requirements for the whole simulation platform  Writing of the platform software and hardware specifications  Management of the change requests (collect, assess, plan, discuss, implement …)  Definition of the testing and acceptance criteria; organise, plan and supervise the test and acceptance sessions  Management of the Incident reports raised during testing Technical Co-ordination with Simulator Component managers, with the EEC concerned RTS Team (OPS / Data Prep / VAL experts), and the clients of the RTS project  The work requires close monitoring and co-ordination with technical team for platform hardware (simulator computers, communication equipment)  Implementation of the simulation exercises (supervise proper running of the exercise, recording of the data, saving and logging of files …)  Production of technical reports and the support form (technical platform description specific to the RTS).
