Within the framework provided for by the "FURLAN" circular of February 23, 2016 relating to real estate operations of local authorities, the Municipality of Saint-Geoges-sur-Meuse has decided to put the plots of terrain which it owns and located within the municipal revisional development plan (PCAR) (operation to revise the sector plan which becomes SOL Local Orientation Scheme within the framework of the CoDT) rue Albert 1er in Saint-Georges -sur-Meuse.
This set is made up of plotsC377F, C378K, C378H, C382N and C435R, with a total surface area of 63,819 m2. total of 23,434 m2 belonging to individuals, under the consuspensive decision of a grant by the owners to the Municipality of an irrevocable sales mandate.
