R-NEST is a stand-alone desktop application, derived from the NEST (NEtwork Strategic Tool) toolset, which combines powerful airspace design capabilities and capacity planning analysis functionalities. This tasking contract aims at developing the R-NEST validation platform software according to the expected needs.
