Description:
The purpose of this contract is to carry out a campaign to characterize the influent of the Wasmuel wastewater treatment plant (SEW) and leaks in the receiving environment (La Haine).
This project is part of an ambitious project to modernize the Wasmuel wastewater treatment plant and its networksanitation, in particular the overhead sluice carrying 80% of the water from the wastewater treatment plant and its replacement by deep sinking, called the GEM.
The control points are the intakes and sumps of the pumping stations (SP), the sluice, the intake and the outletof the SEW, the overflowing blades.
Procedure development
Firstly, companies interested in this contract are invited to submit an application file containing all the documents listed in the contract notice and recalled below (see point I. 6.) having forpurpose of verifying their own situation and their financial and technical capacities.
Only candidates whose analysis carried out by the contracting authority will show that they are not in a case of exclusion and that they meet the selection criteria will be selected and invited to remsubmit an offer on the basis of these specifications.
