Qualification system for the recruitment of consultancy services (Engineering, ICT, Finance, HR, etc.) by means of commitments in terms of results and means for internal needs and/or the needs of its clients in the short and long-term for missions both in Belgium and abroad.
These consultancy services are divided into 3 categories:
• 1. ICT Services
This involves offering assistance in the field of ICT, either by providing qualified personnel to support the services of TUC
RAIL and/or its client, or by providing specific ICT deliverables according to requirementsthese specific functionalities for
a determined deadline.
• 2. Engineering Services
This involves offering assistance in the field of engineering, either by providing qualified personnel to support the services of
TUC RAIL and/ or its client, or by providing specific work packageses according to specific functional requirements
for a specific deadline, within the framework of one or more railway projects. Assistance can relate to the following phases of a project: preliminary studies, preliminary design, project, award, site supervision and certification.
This assistance may be requested in one or more of the following engineering subcategories:
2.1 project management
2.2 civil engineering
2.3 tracks and alignment
2.4 catenary and electrical power systems
2.5 signaling and telecommunications .
