Description:
New company qualification system within the SWDE, "Network" system, applicable from 01/02/2023 until 31/01/2028, used in the context of carrying out work to lay pipelines intended for transport and the distribution of water.
The classification is carried out by classes ofapproval.
The qualification system is based on the possession of an entrepreneur approval in sub-category C2. It includes 8 lists based on the 8 classes of approval which are:
List 1: entrepreneur with C2 approval in class 1 (0 EUR to 135,000 EUR)
List 2: entrepreneur diswith C2 approval in class 2 (135,001 EUR to 275,000 EUR)
List 3: entrepreneur with C2 approval in class 3 (from 275,001 EUR to 500,000 EUR)
List 4: entrepreneur with C2 approval in class 4 (from 500,001 EUR to 900,000 EUR)
List 5: entrepreneur with agrC2 approval in class 5 (from 900,001 EUR to 1,810,000 EUR)
List 6: entrepreneur with C2 approval in class 6 (from 1,810,001 EUR to 3,225,000 EUR)
List 7: entrepreneur with C2 approval in class 7 (from 3,225,001 EUR to 5,330,000 EUR)
List 8: entrepreneur with approvaltion C2 in class 8 ( 5,330,000 EUR)
