This concerns a qualification system with several companies for demolition works at Brussels Airport.
This includes:
ussels Airport Company (and its affiliated companies) has (have) the right (and not the obligation) to award contracts within the qualification system. There is no minimum purchase obligation. Moreover, the qualification system is not exclusive, Brussels Airport Company (and its affiliatescompanies) may decide to order certain works that fall within the scope of the qualification system from another (non-qualified) contractor.

Candidates are expressly informed that government procurement legislation does not apply to this qualification system and the contracts to be awarded under it. Brussels Airport Company points out that this qualification system is published purely voluntarily. Hieruno rights can be claimed.
