- The object of the qualification is to create a list of recognized Flexibility Service Providers (FSP). This in the context of the energy transition. After all, it is expected that electricity consumption will increase sharply. New technologies, in terms of consumption and production, such asSolar panels, heat pumps, electric cars, batteries, etc. will entail challenges in the distribution network: in particular dealing with volatility in consumption and high peak loads on specific parts of this net. Fluvius wants, complementary to its known methods (including investing),Expand flexibility and supported services as a methodology to keep the quality of our services high. To be able to acquire these flexibility and support services, there is a need for qualified FSPs (Flexibility Service Provider) that can provide these servicesto Fluvius: The FSP can, for example, ensure that the decrease in electricity during peak times is temporarily reduced by managing industrial processes, batteries, electric cars, etc. There are already a number of FSPs active in Flanders that provide similar serviceson the TSO. This file concerns the continuation of the previously published qualification system FLU24D016. Suppliers who were qualified via the previous file also remain qualified
