- The assignment includes the purchase of trucks with a diesel drive for regional and urban use. The trucks are divided into three plots in function of their maximum permitted mass (MTM) (16 tons, 19 tons and 26 tons). A basic configuration is for each of these plots(Chassis-Cabin), called the model offered, as well as described various conversion options. If an offered model can also be configured in a higher or lower MTM, a different AS configuration or a version for off-road use, this can also be ordered. This assignmentIs an assignment for deliveries in the sense art. 2, 20 of the public procurement law of 17 June 2016. The assignment takes the form of a framework agreement within the meaning of art. 2, 35 of the public procurement law of 17 June 2016 - see 1.2 for more information. The contracting authorityacts as a purchasing center within the meaning of art. 2, 6 of the Public Assesses Act, and this with regard to the entities stated in 1.2.1 (the "orderers").
