- The purpose of this contract is the supply and delivery of foodstuffs intended for both the educational needs of the catering trade sections and the integrated school canteens of establishments under the French Community Commission (COCOF). It is part of a desire to harmonize and centralize the purchase of foodstuffs for all COCOF schools, in order to guarantee a coordinated, safe and quality supply. This market takes the form of a framework agreement offering a clear, stable and effective framework. It is concluded for an initial duration of one year, tacitly renewable three times for the same duration, without the total duration exceeding four years. Economic operators are invited to tender within this framework.
