• Description:
• VRT has its own set design studio for designing and creating set pieces to be used in its programmes. Part of the processing process is the use of paint. The agreement will be entered into with one supplier and aims to: to establish basic conditions with regard to placing orders, hereinafter referred to as -calling-off. The individual calls concern orders for the delivery of painting materials per specific order or replenishment of stock. They can may only be placed by the outsourcing authority indicated in these specifications, to the exclusion of any other public law authority or body. On the basis of this procedure, the VRT wishes to conclude a framework agreement within which it will, in function of: his needs will give orders for the supply of paint for decor materials. The specific orders or calls are governed by the provisions of the framework agreement concluded on the basis of these specifications. The VRT is not bound after the conclusion of a framework agreement to order all orders for the supply of painting materials from the tenderers. No minimum purchase obligation is provided.
