Object of these deliveries Framework agreement for the purchase, maintenance (and repair) of clothing - textiles. Explanation The assignment includes the supply and washing of hi-vis clothing, work clothing and miscellaneous items (such as bed linen, pillows, down blankets) for the various services of the local government. Clothing is only purchased if necessary. Only clothing or textiles (miscellaneous) are washed if necessary. The order is divided into the following lots: - Lot 1 “Purchase of hi-vis clothing & work clothing” The probable quantities in this specification relate to purchases over a period of 4 years. The supplier appoints a permanent contact person (telephone and e-mail) who can be contacted directly by the contracting authority and who can come to the site. The supplier is expected to be able to respond quickly to changes in the workforce. Removals must be possible per individual garment, as well as for additional orders. - Lot 2 “Maintenance (and repair) of high-visibility clothing - work clothing - textiles” A tenderer can submit a quote for one or both lots.
