Description:
In order to further digitize the trainer training courses and offer them online, the VTS secretariat wishes to purchase user licenses for an authoring tool. These can be used or made available by Sport Vlaanderen staff members to some 50 Flemish sports federations and organizations. In this way we lower the barriers to developing e-learning modules and we work with one and the same product within the Flemish sports sector. In addition to use within trainer training e-learning content can be built by sports federations and organizations for other purposes (e.g. jury training, training for parents or club directors, etc.). Sport Vlaanderen wishes to be able to provide permanent supervision (as 'super admin') on the content developed with this authoring tool and wishes that every sports federation or organization has a protected sub-environment in which authors within this sports federation or organization can see and follow each other's creations. The assignment starts after this as soon as possible after the award and conclusion of the contract and runs for two years. After a positive evaluation, an extension of 24 months may follow.
