Description:
Object of the services: Purchase of an IT solution for the creation, guidance and communication of strategic plans and project management.
Target group: The users come from the Brussels local authorities (municipalities and OCMWs) and from the institutions that carry out public utility contractswithin the Brussels-Capital Region.
It is important to note that the use of this software is not mandatory, making it difficult to determine in advance the number of boards and therefore the number of users to which the tool will apply. However, we know that it has potentiall concerns 38 boards and that the maximum number of users should not exceed 600 employees.
Note: This software will be used by the Brussels local authorities (potentially 38 authorities). It is intended for coding and control as well as for communication regarding thestrategic plans of each board. It includes a modern and efficient project management tool.
The requested functionalities have been analyzed in the User Group and can be found in the technical provisions of these special specifications.
The tenderer is responsible for the delivery, installationie, the training, hosting and maintenance of the software.
This assignment consists of four items:
-POST 1: Purchase and installation of the software
-POST 2: Corrective maintenance and technical assistance
-POST 3: Evolutionary maintenance
-POST 4: Training of the coordinator (train the trainer)
