The purpose of this process is to digitally, user-friendly and efficient management of the entire process of room and space rental. This process includes:
- Request and reservation burgers, associations, schools or internal employees
- Confirmation, follow-up and communication about requests
- Automatic assignment of workstations or notifications (cleaning, technology, room attendant, access control)
- Price calculation, allocation of correct rates or exemptions
- Link with access, planning and accounting
- Invoicing or direct payment, with follow-up of cancellations or exceptions
- User-friendly reporting and policy follow-up
