- This assignment concerns a framework agreement for the supply and construction of flight cases and pelicases. The cases mainly serve to protect, store and transport various warehouse items such as video and audio equipment, light fixtures and cables. The assignment includes: - Standard solutions: existing models that comply with common dimensions and protection levels for audiovisual material. - Custom solutions: custom-made flight cases tailored to specific equipment or use cases, including internal layout and finish. - Pelicases or equivalent: robust, waterproof and shockproof cases for sensitive and valuable equipment, with custom foam inserts. - Accessories: spare parts, maintenance, minor adjustments, accessories, ... The provider must offer robust and high-quality materials that guarantee a long service life. lifespan, optimal protection and ease of use. All solutions must be compatible with VRT's existing warehouse and transport management and meet sustainability, ergonomics and safety requirements. This framework agreement is not exclusive.
