Description:
This public contract concerns an assignment for deliveries with the aim of making an HR software available that includes the standard core processes, in particular recruitment & selection, managing personnel files, onboarding and off -boarding, training and development, evaluations, organizational structure, absences management (illness, AO), a reporting module and with an interactive ESS/MSS (Employee Self Service/Manager Self Service). The preconditions for this assignment are as follows: - The user license of an integrated HR software application with both technical support and maintenance. - the implementation and parametrization (including a maximum acquisition of the electronically available data) of the integrated HR software application. - The training of users and the provision of documentation for users. - During the implementation phase, all advice and technical support are also included. - having or setting up interfaces with existing applications (see functional requirements).
