- The delivery to be carried out concerns: providing the divers with a new framework contract for their protective clothing and equipment for a period of four years. Item 1: CLOTHING Item 2: DIVING EQUIPMENT This order covers one lot. The assignment is not divided into lots, given that due to the connection between the various sub-assignments, the assignment must be carried out by one contractor. It is the intention of the Center Fire Zone to enter into a framework agreement with one supplier close for the purchase and supply of diving equipment and clothing for the Center Fire Department Zone for a period of four years. The contracting authority has included most of the ordered diving equipment and clothing in the inventory with as purpose to make a comparison between the quotations. Candidate firms are therefore expected to submit a price for all parts of the inventory. Since it is impossible for the contracting authority to provide the complete list of diver's equipment in the inventory, the contracting authority reserves the right to order related diver's equipment from the chosen supplier, provided that the contracting authority's estimate is not exceeded.
