In terms of technical specification, the laser must pay for the doctorsTo a Holmium Yag Laser technology with a power of at least 100W. Because there is also a laser on the market with Pulsed Thulium Yag technology that has a sufficiently high Peak Power for the desired enucleation, which is reached with Holmium and not with Thulium Fiber technology, it becomesPULSED Thulium Yag Laser allowed as a variant: this specifically means: High Peak Power for Enucleation: Higher or equal to 3.7 kW The laser must offer the possible to treat with different fiber thicknesses.
