Description:
This assignment includes the purchase, delivery, installation and commissioning of a monoplane X-ray installation for cardiac diagnostics and cardiovascular interventions for the cardiac catheterization department (room 4). This includes at least the following elements:
- takeover of the current toestel (dismantling, demolition and removal)
- maintenance,
- training,
All necessary adjustment works must also be included in the order. M.n. all construction works (demolition, shell and finishing) as well as all techniques (HVAC, sanitary facilities, electricity and medical gassen).
Specific for HVAC: supply, installation and commissioning of outdoor air group, ducts and grilles, as well as the creation of images on the building management system (JCI - MUI).
This monoplane cath lab room will mainly be used for the following interventions:
diagnostic and interventionNational coronarography
-CRM procedures (devices)
-possibility of EP procedures (see further, Chapter I.20 "minimum requirements")
This order concerns a one-time purchase, but the contractual conditions (including those regarding service and support) remain valid as long as device is in service.
