Description:
The current systems of the ZNA-GZA (ZAS) laboratory need to be replaced. That is why lab ZNA-GZA (ZAS) will jointly purchase a new pipetting station with associated automated IIF microscope, an automated system for deploying and reading immuno-dots/blots.
In the context of the impending laboratory merger between ZNA and GZA and the need for efficiency gains, one system at one location has been chosen. Consequently, the possibility of remote access to the images and raw data is also important.
All devices and reagents must be immediatelyieve.
The purchase must include delivery, installation, validation and training.
Purchase pipetting station and automated digital IIF microscope
The pipetting station must be able to pipette, dispense, wash slides for indirect immunofluorescence (IIF) fully automaticallyand incubate. Sample identification must be able to be read automatically. It is possible to run multiple different IIF protocols in one run.
Both ZNA and GZA have been working with an automated digital IIF microscope since 2013 to assess IIF on HEp-2 cells, Crithidae lucilliae, ethanol/formalin fixed neutrophils and LKS sections. The newly purchased system must at least be suitable for positive/negative discrimination (for at least ANA, ANCA, dsDNA), pattern recognition (for at least ANA, ANCA) and titration (for at least ANA, ANCA, LKS).
