Object of these deliveries: Software for setting up, implementing, monitoring and adjusting a policy and budget cycle (hereinafter referred to as BBC) and the associated management of initiatives and the overarching resulting policy reporting. Jessa hospital (Hasselt) is looking for a ready-to-use digital management environment for the policy and budget cycle, including the structural policy structure of the BBC, the translation of the strategic over the tactical to the operational level, as well as its representation and follow-up. In concrete terms, this concerns tooling that should allow for strategically oriented thinking and a multi-year perspective, both the policy framework and - in the long term - the related to be able to manage, have an overview of, but also manage the budget framework for the hospital in a structured and manageable manner. This refers to both the proposed strategic priorities and policy objectives, as well as all resulting initiatives. The search for a suitable professional and structural digital solution for this fits within the ambition of the Jessa hospital to expand its capabilities in terms of strategy and policy coordination (in particular BBC). to develop further.
