Description:
To further professionalize and optimize the internal operations of DDS, a software package for project management and time registration is being sought (not HR related). The package must provide employees with the necessary support to better organize their projects and associated tasks, includingto create insight, ... so that all activities that contribute to the realization of the objectives are clearly and clearly displayed and can be followed up. It must also ensure that management has the necessary information to enable them to act on an objectmake basic choices when planning, implementing and adjusting (policy) objectives, projects and improvement initiatives. Finally, it should be possible to easily do time registration via this package, both project-related and general. The package must contain the managementand enable you to view employee hours and draw the necessary reports (per project, per month, per employee). The user-friendly software offers a daily work tool and a transparent follow-up tool for employees and managers. Every employee ishas its own dashboard. This contains shortcuts and widgets to and about user-relevant and interesting strategic views. 25-60 users are provided.
