Description:
The National Bank of Belgium is an institution that employs more than 2,000 people. At the heart of the Eurosystem, she works for financial and economic stability and fulfills numerous missions of general interest. In the context of the implementation of her strategic plan, a "Paperless" program has been set up. 'Objective of this program is to digitize all of the document management processes, and to ensure effective working methods that will be used by employees in the accomplishment of their tasks. At this stage, the emphasis is on exploration and the supply of transversal solutions that support the digitization of processes. One of the transversal solutions already identified is the introduction of a platform for digital signatures. For this transversal solution, the bank launches a public market for the purchase, implementation and long -term maintenance of such platform. This platform should be perfectly integrated into the existing IT environment of the bank, as well as the rules of governance and compliance.
