Punctual market for the creation of a new Horeca complex, the installation of a temporary kitchen and the demolition of the old Horeca complex in the Major Housiau district
This public market concerns a punctual contract for the construction of a new Horeca complex in Peetie. This file includes 3 phases: 1. Installing a provisional kitchen; 2. The demolition of the old Horeca complex followed by the construction of the new Horeca complex; 3. The dismantling of the temporary kitchen. A partial provisional reception must take place after phases 1 and 2. A suspension of the execution time will also take place at the end of phases 1 and 2 to allow the moving to the facilities towards , respectively, temporary cuisine and the new Horeca complex. The moving of the facilities are borne by defense.
