- This contract is a public works contract including design services, concluded in the form of a design-build contract, relating to the transformation and extension of an existing building as well as the energy renovation of it, with a view to the development of medico-social and administrative functions. The contract concerns the provincial building Villa des Roses located in Nivelles and aims to accommodate and operate the Psychosocial Support Center and of School Health of Walloon Brabant (hereinafter referred to as the CAPS BW) as well as the Le Chemin Support Service (hereinafter referred to as the SAC). The contract does not include the refreshing of the maintenance room in the basement, the entrance hall of the Villa des Roses (old house), the offices on the first floor as well as the stairwell.
