Description:
The purpose of this contract is to appoint a contractor who will be responsible for carrying out interior finishing work, including stripping, plastering, coating walls and ceilings, painting and floor coverings within the building. certain accommodation belonging to LA MAISON DES HOMMES, as and when required. The various purchase orders will therefore target interior finishing work in an inhabited/occupied or uninhabited/empty home. The quantities which will be ordered are not precisely known when the contract is awarded. Indeed, at the time of writing the conditions of this contract, LA MAISON DES HOMMES is not able to precisely define the accommodations which will be concerned and the amount of work it will need. Consequently, the different items are planned in presumed quantities (QP). Minimum order quantities are not guaranteed. The presumed quantities indicated in the special specifications governing the this market are given for purely indicative purposes, they do not bind LA MAISON DES HOMMES in any way. Therefore, the successful bidder does not have an acquired right to produce certain quantities and he will not be able to claim any compensation in the event that the quantities presumed would not be affected.
